Goodbye yellow sweat stains on your clothes, you only need one ingredient: shiny white clothes.

To prepare the miracle solution, mix 30 g of sodium percarbonate, 20 ml of water, 15 ml of liquid detergent and 70 ml of carbonate. Mix everything well. The resulting solution can be used immediately, or you can leave it for half an hour for optimal results.

What comes out is a thick foam that can be applied directly to the yellow sweat stains. Rub it in for a few seconds and then leave it to act for 20 minutes to a maximum of half an hour. After this time, you can put the clothes in the washing machine and start washing at 30 to 40 degrees. The end result will be spectacular: the clothes will be bright white, like new, clean and with a wonderful scent.

Other alternative and quick solutions

Alternatively, you can try removing sweat stains with hot water, borax and Marseille soap. Take a bowl and pour in hot water; it doesn’t need to be much. Then add a small cup of borax and a tablespoon of Marseille soap. Mix the mixture and dip the garment in it. Let it soak for at least an hour. Then wash it in the washing machine. The clothes will be sparkling white again. Another solution is to fill a bowl with warm water, add salt and lemon (five lemons are enough for 2 liters of water). Let the clothes soak and then rinse them. You can also use filtered ash, which you pour into a large pot of water, rinse after 20 minutes and wash with soap. In this case too, the result will be fantastic, without using harmful products. The situation is different if the yellow stains are caused by deodorant. These are very difficult to remove. In this case, use bicarbonate – one tablespoon is enough – and add 3 tablespoons of water. The solution is sprayed on the areas to be treated and rubbed in. To prevent sweat stains, several preventive measures can be taken. To combat sweat stains, it is best to first choose a natural stain deodorant that leaves no residue and works well. The best is one that contains potassium alum.

Wear a top between your skin and your clothes, preferably at night, preferably made of cotton. The fabric prevents you from sweating and keeps you cooler. But most importantly, it doesn’t stain your clothes.
