While dressing my late husband for the funeral, I found the coordinates hidden beneath his hairline.

He lied to us both.

The younger woman stepped forward. She had Thomas’s eyes.

“I’m Sofia,” she said quietly. “He was my father.”

For a moment, the world felt like it was crumbling. Forty-two years of memories—anniversaries, dinners, regular Thursdays—suddenly looked different.

But three days later, I sat down with my sons and told them everything.

And then I made a decision.

I reopened my estate.

I didn’t want to protect Thomas’s lies.

But I also didn’t want to punish my innocent daughter for it.

That’s why I divided the inheritance into three equal parts.

My two sons.

And Sofia.

A few weeks later, we stood together at Thomas’s grave – all three of his children.

I spent half my life loving him.

He was my whole world.

But in the end, the truth didn’t weaken me.

It made me stronger.
